M&Z acted as the local counsel for AFD in respect of the loans extended to the First Microfinance Bank Afghanistan for an aggregate amount of € 1,000,000 and US$ 4,000,000 disbursed as two separate loans.
M&Z acted as the local counsel for the Framework Agreement entered into between AFD and the Government of Afghanistan setting out the general framework, institutional arrangements and legal and financial aspects of the AFD Group’s status and activities in Afghanistan.
